Job Description 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Defining the business analysis approach for programs and projects in alignment with the business analysis framework, ensuring that the BA output on the project is fit for purpose, represents value for money, right-sized is and delivered on time.
  • Facilitate the identification and documentation of business requirements and agree appropriate solutions in collaboration with the Procurement and Technology Solutions (BTS) division and colleagues across the business. 
  • Completing business analysis deliverables on large and complex programs, creating comprehensive and accurate documentation (e.g. process mapping, data flow diagramming, user cases, customer journey mapping), workshops with businesses using various business analysis methods Facilitating including gap analysis, requirements gathering. and validation.
  • Establish and maintain agreement between business customer and solution provider on requirements including traceability management throughout the entire project lifecycle.

 Required skills

  • Able to manage uncertain or difficult environments, providing challenges whenever needed.
  • Experience in business architecture, broader business design functions or service design/transition.
  • In addition to the experience required within the procurement business domain as specified above.
  • The following additional areas will be required for specific projects.
  • Specifying results-based requirements.
  • Experience in cloud-based access and identity management tooling engagements.
  • An ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of cyber security.
  • Industry certification is extremely beneficial.

Endpoint protection As an ideal candidate, you will have industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC. You will have a background in cyber security projects as a B.A. In a similar role you will also have a proven track record of delivery. Experience with endpoint protection is a must. Cyber ​​security competency preferred
