What does the role involve?
As a branch manager in Hampshire, you will manage the day-to-day running of the branch with a focus on sales performance and customer service, for example with the ability to lead and motivate your team to provide excellent service. You will be a self-motivated person who can accept change and encourage others to do the same. You will have a proven track record of meeting goals, building strong relationships with customers and taking advantage of business opportunities
skills required as Branch Manager:
•With strong focus on team leadership and development, prior experience in the building industry, preferably branch management.
• Strong and superficial with strong mutual skills, ability to manage different teams
• A strong decision maker who understands the importance of people in running a successful business.
