Sunnova Energy is seeking an Associate QA Analyst to be responsible for supporting testing efforts for all IT changes and will work with an internal team of project managers and developers to complete test planning and execution.

Responsibilities of Associated QA Analyst
As an Associated QA Analyst, you must have to perform these duties:
- Develops, acts, and maintains test cases for the designated application area.
- Team up and collaborates with the Agile team on project-related requirements and approval criteria to secure test cases that are adequately aligned with customer stories and business needs.
- Delivers test estimates for use in assigning delivery timetables
- Perform regression and smoke testing as assigned.
- Provides feedback on time and gives constructive suggestions related to testing to the scrum team
- Helps to facilitate clear communication with the Project Manager, Release Manager, QA Manager, and associated team members to remove issues and appropriately inform stakeholders of testing progress.
- Must use a test management tool to report bugs and develop test scripts for individual modules.
Minimal requirements
As an Associated QA Analyst, you must have to qualify these requirements:
- Must have at least Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Having professional software testing is a plus.
- Having in-depth knowledge and experience with agile infrastructure and delivery methodology is desirable.
Preferred Qualifications
- Must have profound knowledge of software development and the QA process.
- Understanding of Salesforce
- Sound experience in energy (solar, wholesale, or retail electricity)
Additional knowledge, skills, and abilities
- Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize separate workloads to meet required deadlines
- Capability to get work done as part of a group in a matrix environment

Schedule needs are flexible with business needs, occasionally requiring weekend or evening support for software releases.
