RESPONSIBILITIES-ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
- As an account executive, you will formulate, nurture, and drive relationships with Salesforce Account Executives and other key partners to make pipelines, collaboratively run deal cycles, and close business with new clients.
- Dig out and create key client acquisition strategies for specific prospects and market segments
- Creating, strategizing, and implementing pursuit and account plans in collaboration with the Silverline industry and services teams
- Develop a compelling vision and communicate to and educate prospects and clients on the value of the Salesforce platform
- Make relationships and trust with Clients, Prospects, Salesforce, and Silverline team members.
- Check out the objection with tact and thinks creatively to overcome obstacles.
- Owning the entire sales process end to end, including creating and managing approach/discussion documents, statements of work, and contracts
- Predict accurately and timely, build a pipeline, and progress opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS
- Must have five years of experience in services sales and channel partner sales
- Three years of selling Salesforce solutions
- Maintain a track record of meeting and exceeding services sales quotas
- You have to explain success in helping clients make sense of what they’re investing in
- Leading teams through complex solution sales
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Working experience with Salesforce required
- Must know about MEDDPIC, Miller Heiman, GAP Selling,
- Wonderful working experience in or selling to the financial services industry
- Excellent prioritization and negotiation skills
- Ready to travel as needed
