You will collaborate and learn from the AVP and Head of Sales, Fast Scaling Startups, and other senior account executives to find new target clients and expand existing ones. Because we are in hypergrowth, this function will be critical to our future trajectory. As an Account Executive, you will manage a customer portfolio, acquire new business, and extend existing accounts in order to increase total client income. Job Requirements for account executive:
- Motivated, dedicated, and goal-oriented.
- Experience in high-velocity staffing strategy and execution.
- Ability to offer customer satisfaction statistics to clients in order to influence and unite senior management and partners around a single goal.
- Experience identifying significant pain points and tackling difficulties with differentiated advantages and value propositions.
- At ease in a fast-paced, ever-changing atmosphere with results-oriented priorities.
- Proven performance in a sales job requiring the ability to find and attract new customers.
- Strong selling, customer service, and negotiating abilities, as well as the ability to effectively communicate with all parties involved.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new clients for our services; actively seek and develop fresh sales prospects; and meet established sales targets.
- With attention to detail, timelines, and priorities, they provide a high-quality client and candidate experience.
- Determine and cultivate consumer connections based on company purchasing behavior.
