This role is suitable for an experienced and qualified IT professional who wishes to work in the managed services industry.
Responsibilities As 2nd Line IT Engineer in London:
You will be responsible for day-to-day technical support of clients, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and providing proactive monitoring and maintenance to ensure high levels of service delivery. Responsibilities: Provide second-line technical support to customers, respond promptly and accurately to support requests Diagnose and resolve technical issues on clients’ systems Proactively monitor systems and perform maintenance tasks Perform hardware, software and network installation and configuration Maintain and update records of clients’ networks Monitor system performance, Ensure systems are operating efficiently Liaise with third-party vendors to resolve issues Maintain up-to-date information on industry developments Requirements:
